THE PRIMARY STEPS TO SEX:
CONSENT, UNDERSTANDING, AND RESPECT
it all starts here.
If you don't understand that BOTH men and women can commit sexual abuse, you really are missing the concept of respect!
For instance: A survey at Colorado State University revealed that many men regret the sex they've experienced in college years - often citing the coercion of their partner to be excessive, challenging, or without regard to their emotions.
EVERYONE (especially couples!) should read about concepts of sexual abuse so that we can cultivate better lovers and a safer world.

Welcome to Colorful Colorado!
24% (1 in 4) of Colorado women and 6% (1 in 17) Colorado men have experienced a completed or attempted sexual assault in their lifetime.
This equates to over 11,000 women and men each year experiencing a sexual assault in Colorado. (Sexual Assault in Colorado: Results of a 1998 Statewide Survey. 1998. Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment and Colorado Coalition Against Sexual Assault)
these are dated statistics. but crime statistics concerning rape will always rough estimates.
crimes that abuse body rights sexually, abuse intimacy, and under-reporting is the result.
Additionally same-sex rape continues to be plagued by associations of homophobia, although all
rape occurs outside of any and all chosen forms of sexual preference.Colorado on the Comeback! http://www.ccasa.org How's your area doing?

"Then you should say what you mean," the March Hare went on.
"I do, " Alice hastily replied; "at least I mean what I say, that's the
same thing, you know."
"Not the same thing a bit!" said the Hatter. "Why, you might just as
well say that "I see what I eat" is the same thing as "I eat what I
see!"
